In a Fox News Sunday appearance, [GOP Rep. Paul] Ryan said the GOP 2012 budget blueprint would exceed the $4 trillion in spending cuts previously recommended by a presidential debt commission "by cutting spending, reforming entitlements and growing our economy."
The Democratic response - just substitute "cut" for "make":
